• Having specifically named the website from where I captured the image, plus having specifically named the original author of the image in question and he who has since given authorization to various crime magazines etc. who have themselves reproduced the image in various formats (Leo Hetzel), in further addition to meeting the specific criteria outlined, this image meets the Non-free use rationale guidelines outlined by Wikipedia (NFCC10).
• I believe that the use of this image upon only the English-language version of Wikipedia to illustrate a subsection of the article relating to Randy S. Kraft falls under the "Non-profit educational"; the "nature of the copyrighted work"; and the "amount and substantiality of the portion used" clauses of the Fair Use principle which are currently upheld by United States law. (17 U.S.C. § 107)
