Raymond Appert (4 October 1904 – 17 April 1973) was a French general.[1] His father was an insurance broker.[2] During World War II, he joined the Free French forces.[3] He was a companion of the liberation.[4]
Raymond received three medals for his time during the War. L'Ordre de la Libération, the Belgian Croix de Guerre and the French Croix de Guerre.[5]
He died 1973 in Saint-Mandé.
