Freehills is one of Australia's top 3 firms with Mallesons and Allens Arthur Robinson. It is arguably Australia's oldest firm began in 1852.
Freehills have overseas offices in offices in the Asian region. Their largest office is in Sydney. Freehills was one of the first Australian law firms to establish a national partnership where profits are shared by the partners across the country instead of being individual state practices.
