The course has 3 units: Unit 1 examines important voices in environmental studies (Leopold, Carson, Lovelock) and their arguments. We examine their strengths and weaknesses. Unit 2 will review pressing environmental issues (Plastics, Oil & Gas exploration, Climate change) and assess the messaging. Unit 3 would be the Wiki section where students examine and edit articles found on Wikipedia.
