Carolyn Shelby[1] is an American micronationalist who currently reigns as the Queen and head of state of the Royal Republic of Ladonia.[2] She has been reigning since 2 June 2011 succeeding Lars Vilks as the 'de facto' head of state after being elected by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ladonia.[3][4][5]
