Since its first broadcast, on August 3, 1998, the program had several stages. Being the longest-running program and the most watched on Mexican television in the morning. Hoy es para amar (English title: Today is to love) is a comic telenovela from the time of Independence which tells the love story of Bryan Nicanor & María Adela Alcurnia, which is hampered by Luis Alfonso, a handsome and rich, and the mother of María Adela, Prudencia de Betancourt, who wants to marry with her daughter.
