Information icon Hello. In a recent edit, you changed one or more words or styles from one national variety of English to another. Because Wikipedia has readers from all over the world, our policy is to respect national varieties of English in Wikipedia articles.

For a subject exclusively related to the United Kingdom (for example, a famous British person), use British English. For something related to the United States in the same way, use American English. For something related to another English-speaking country, such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, India, or Pakistan use the variety of English used there. For an international topic, use the form of English that the original author of the article used.

In view of that, please don't change articles from one version of English to another, even if you don't normally use the version in which the article is written. Respect other people's versions of English. They, in turn, should respect yours. Other general guidelines on how Wikipedia articles are written can be found in the Manual of Style. If you have any questions about this, you can ask me on my talk page or visit the help desk. Alfa Romeo Tonale Aaron Liu (talk) 13:21, 18 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Yes I am checking if it is American accent or British, but some articles are half American half British so I make them all British or American as the subject is related too. Cccyyz099 (talk) 13:24, 18 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at John Hardon, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Elizium23 (talk) 14:50, 18 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Ok thanks, But I only edit the content not the citation, but if it changed the citation so sorry for it Cccyyz099 (talk) 14:57, 18 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You changed a direct quote that was easily verifiable by following the link in the citation. Please do not edit content that consists of direct quotes that are intended to stay intact. Elizium23 (talk) 15:27, 18 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You know, in 8 hours since you created your account, you've racked up like 150 edits, going every 1-4 minutes. It's an improbable pace and you're making a lot of mistakes. I am not sure you are entirely human. I'm going to ping @Drmies just out of random curiosity here for another opinion. @Aaron Liu may also have a follow-on idea about you. Please slow down, think about what you are editing, especially if you have no particular expertise in the lingo (military jargon?) and help us answer why you want to improve these random handfuls of articles. Elizium23 (talk) 15:35, 18 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Elizium23, I don't know what to say. Some edits are OK, some are clearly not. Some people do edit quickly, but in this case, the editor--whose English is not flawless--really needs to slow down and to leave comprehensive and insightful edit summaries. Drmies (talk) 18:57, 18 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Personaly I think they are a user who came to wikipedia and binged newcomer tasks and not botting. Newcomer tasks give you random articles to improve. Aaron Liu (talk) 15:39, 18 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Oh ok thanks for notice, but I edit all the topics in proper way
Today I am free at home and I am sick, I am filling my time with editing Wikipedia articles Cccyyz099 (talk) 15:40, 18 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
My old account globally blocked, because of a Ransomware attack and I lost most of my accounts
I made this two days ago and I want to help Wikipedia community Cccyyz099 (talk) 15:42, 18 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I too have been going through your edits and have found numerous problems. The fact that you think you "edit all the topics in a proper way" is very concerning, since that is clearly not the case. As just a few examples: in this edit you changed "some aspects of this illness are" to "some aspects of this illness is", which is incorrect grammar. In this edit you actually changed the title of a reference, which thereby misquotes the source, and changed "The Partnership aim", which is correct British English, to "The Partnership aims", while the article is written in British English. In this edit you changed "to found a village", which was correct, to "to find a village", which means something completely different. In this edit you changed "Links was also ported" to "Links were also ported" which is wrong since "Links" is the name of a program, not a plural noun. In this edit you changed the verbal phrase "may be" to the adverb "maybe", you changed "the defendant claimed mistakenly to believe" to "the defendant claimed mistakenly believed", which is incorrect grammar, you changed the direct quote of a legal verdict in several places, and made other grammatical changes which are dubious or flatly incorrect. In this edit you changed the correct plural noun "stays at her bed and breakfast" to the incorrect singular "stay" and other dubious grammatical changes. Honestly, I see problems in pretty much every single one of the edits you've made, but I don't have the time to go through all of them in detail.
Finally, if you had an account that is now globally blocked, you should not be editing at all, but should be requesting that your old account be unblocked. If I am understanding your situation, you seem to be evading a block. CodeTalker (talk) 18:49, 18 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
It had been blocked because of shit edits, and I requested many times and all the time heard not possible, But after this I will pay more attention in my edits
