Milton becomes Sidney
Presumably the writer thought that Milton Freedman was an appropriate name for a psychiatrist and didn't realize that there was a prominent economist named Milton Friedman, and when this was pointed out to the staff, the next time they used the character they renamed him Sidney. Similar remark on the section Dr. Milton Freedman. I'd change the articles to suggest this, but as it stands this isn't even original research, just a guess.
