Su Park (Korean: 박수연; born February 1, 1994) is a South Korean entrepreneur, art collector and curator, and socialite.

Early life

Su Park was born in Seoul, Korea to investor Park Young-Ok[1] and an interior designer and ceramics artist mother. She moved to the United States at 13 years old.[2] She went on to study communication and journalism at George Washington University in Washington DC. She later moved to Paris[3] and switched to art history[4] with an expertise in French art at the American University of Paris and La Sorbonne. In addition, she studied Art Business at Sotheby’s Institute of Art[5] and Chinese language and literature at University of Hong Kong.[6]

Career

Park served at onsite VIP assistant at Art Basel Hong Kong in 2017. For the PyeongChang 2018 Olympics, she was project manager at the VIP hospitality program. [7]

In 2017, Park joined her family’s investment fund, Smart Income Inc.[8], as investment director. She manages private investment and wealth management, and is currently expanding portfolio management to contemporary art acquisition and pre-ipo cryptocurrency.[9]

2.1 Fashion

In 2019, she launched fashion and lifestyle brand Suri Paris. Based in Paris, Seoul, New York and Miami, the MZ-targeted brand ties Eastern and Western influences in a classic, feminine style.[10] Through Suri Paris, Park is also an ambassador for MungYeong Omija[11], a Korean superfood in partnership with officials of MungYeong[12].
