Downingtown East's school colors are blue and gold, while Downingtown West's school colors are gold and blue, a similarity that recalls that the two campuses were once one school. A passionate rivalry has sprung up between the two campuses. |

Sports have generally tipped in West's favor, however in recent years West has pulled away and won the majority of the contests. Led by All-State RB Roshaan McCain, West's football team defeated their rival 24-13 in the annual East-West game. |
