"CTC" may also refer to Centralized traffic control.

C.T.C. means Controlul Tehnic De Calitate (technology control of quality) and is a romanian hip hop band. a.k.a. VD, L Doc, and DJ Paul: Band members know each other even since 1997. Even if they were members of other different bands (Armada, E.L.I.T.A.), in 1999 they decide to begin an alternative new project and they make a demo which spreads out through hip-hop listeners and gets to be heard also by some of that time's well-known MC's; that's how C.T.C. members become guest MC's for some collabo's on several LP's and compilations (R.A.C.L.A. - "Plus Infinit", K-Gula -"Visuri In Intuneric", Da Hood Justice - "Nascuti Pentru Asta" etc).

VD and DJ Paul create and launch Facem Records, label under which several mixtapes are born, also Raku's debut album - "In Mediu Vitreg" and the C.T.C. & Cedry2k E.P.

In 2002 the "Reanimation 101" concert is being organized by C.T.C., event which marks the resurrection of underground Romanian hip-hop.

In 2003 C.T.C. begins the collaboration with an independent label for "Proiectul Verde" (The Green Project) Compilation; as a result, a single and a video are released.

After a collaboration for another compilation ("Afront") with another independent label, C.T.C. is being offered a contract by Roton Urban Label (R.U.L.).

In august 2005 "Dificultati Tehnice" LP sees the daylight, supported by the video for "Orice", the first single released, in collabo with Yolo from Zale and Nwanda.

Since 21st August 2005, C.T.C. became the first Romanian band which has it's own whole car. Big ups and peace out to ERPS and RTMO.

At the present time, C.T.C. has over 100 collabo's with several artists (among them Zale, on "Chei Verbale", Bitza, on "Sinuciderea Unui Inger", Cedry2k on his future album etc) and the guys are working on their second LP.
