No I have amended the introduction to make that clear, The US supreme court has declined to hear cases (late 60's and 70's) seeking to strike it down and it has never been repealed.98.224.236.117 ([[User talk:98.224.236.117|talk]y ]) 15:56, 18 December 2011 (UTC)
- You would need a test case to strike it down, and since no administration since then has seriously enforced it no one has had ground to challenge it. It is not effectively the law of the land, and would likely be struck down should any administration try to dust it off.
