New York?

I question the assertion in the article that "Kings Bench jurisdiction" exists in the New York. I've been a practicing litigation attorney in New York for 25 years and have never heard this term used, nor do I locate reference to it in my sources.

The link supporting the sentence in question is unfortunately dead. Can anyone put his or her hands on the source? Newyorkbrad (talk) 00:41, 26 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
