Improving Article Tone/Feel

This article reads like a hastily written job done by a company employee so that the thin details available to the public would have some representation on Wikipedia. Given the secretive nature of the company and how thin detail is on their projects, I'm left wondering how we can improve the tone and feel of the article, and if this company even warrants an article at all.
