The Wikipedia nobility criterion is subject to debate but the subject of the article leads more than 30 million people with special needs in the country. He is the pioneer national leader of persons with disabilities but facts about him are sketchy. Sites like Wikipedia are the resort of many readers and researchers to know about him.
