Not done: The infobox item that says "8 months ago" is updated automatically, but sometimes there is a lag. It is just now Sept 19, so it will likely change to 9 months soon. RudolfRed (talk) 21:54, 19 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

"volunteering restaurants"

Is this article some PR job?

What's a "volunteering restaurant" in the real world? I check half a dozen citations, & none of them used the term either. It's a neologism, surely?

I think it should read 'licensed kitchen or restaurant', licensed producers, or perhaps' contracted businesses'. There's nothing voluntary about it.
