Hello Saúl Rodrigo Martínez. I have reverted your addition of Template:Banned from the user page of User:Conger12. There is a difference between blocks and bans. Please read about them here: WP:Block & WP:Ban. I will note that User:Conger12 was blocked in 2008 and isn't banned, and that template shouldn't be added in such cases. I'll be more blunt. You have no reason to be creating User pages for other editors. So, please do not do this again. Focus on improving articles or creating articles in your own User sandbox, don't be focused on editing other editor's User pages, much less creating ones for editors who are no longer active on the project.
