Old photo, uploader Cnsv claims it is a "personal photo from the family album". The uploader must prove that it is their self-photographed photo, because if it comes from their parents or relatives, things get complicated. If the latter is true, this cannot pass at Wikimedia Commons unless the uploader sends a proof to c:COM:VRTS team (via email) that they are the heir of their parents' or relatives' copyright. Copyright cannot be transferred by word of mouth or hand gesture alone; it is made through formal written documents. c:COM:Project scope/Precautionary principle applies here.
