Kamalkhel is one of the Yusufzai clans and kamalkhel is settled in the Besham Tehsil of Shangla District district. The ancestor of kamalkhel tribe was Azizkhel who settled in chakisar Shangla District from Khwazakhela and from Azizkhel many branches emerged which are Kamalkhel.Khodokhel Umarkhel and Mullahkhel.These tribes are now present in Besham Shang Opal and katkoot are living their lifes in these places mentioned above 'Kamalkhel is the sub-tribe of the Azizkhel akuzai Yusufzai tribe of Pashtun peoples.[1] Kamal Khel are mostly settled in Shangla District Besham Butyal

Shaukat Yousafzai is a Pakistani politician who had been a member of the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from October 2018 till January 2023.
