Quote misattribution

I am going to remove the quote about "absolute freedom to decide" as it misattributed to the editors of Nutrients. The article currently reads:

The current Editors-in-Chief are Maria Luz Fernandez and Lluis Serra-Majem, who states that MDPI has "confirmed my absolute freedom to decide, basing only on the quality of papers."^[1]

However, here is the full quote from the cited Science article:

It is unclear whether editors of other MDPI journals are involved in similar discussions. In a response to an inquiry from Science, the recently appointed editor-in-chief of , Orazio Taglialatela-Scafati of the University of Naples Federico II in Italy, writes that MDPI has "confirmed my absolute freedom to decide, basing only on the quality of papers. I hope that in the next months they will keep this approach."
