COI tag (October 2022)

Major contributor has an account named "Bloody Elbow" ThadeusOfNazereth(he/they)Talk to Me! 20:34, 6 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I (someone who works and represents Bloody Elbow) made that my account name so I could clearly and honestly state/show that I owned the logo and screenshot when uploading them to wikicommons. 2607:FEA8:3C01:FA00:38AC:29A5:9E0D:FC04 (talk) 17:08, 7 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Well, that is definitely a conflict of interest. Also, if you make another account, it should be "Joe from Bloody Elbow" or something that indicates it is not a shared account. Read more at WP:COI. It will likely be best if you just make suggestions on this talk page and don't edit the article directly. SVTCobra 23:17, 7 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Bloody Elbow's work cited in 2020 report by the Counter Extremism Project

I work for Bloody Elbow so I can't make edits here. But I wanted to draw attention to this reference to Bloody Elbow's work. The report is available here: https://www.auswaertiges-amt.de/en/aussenpolitik/study-international-right-wing-extremist-terrorist-networks/2419576

This citation in the report is as follows:

Karim Zidan, “Pride France: the French martial arts brand connected to the neo-Nazi fight scene,” Bloody Elbow, 23 October 2019, https:// www.bloodyelbow.com/2019/10/23/20926685/ pride-france-french-martial-arts-brand-neo- -nazi-fight-scene-mma-crime-politics-feature.
