Eloise Head (born March 23, 1994) is a British social media personality/ youtuber who has over 1.5 million subscribers on YouTube. [1][2]
Biography
Eloise Head is a self-taught baker,[3] and a qualified Personal Trainer.[4] She is the creator of Fitwaffle.[2]
Career
In March 2020, Head launched an Instagram page called Fitwafflekitchen,[5] the page was created as an Isolation Baking Project[6] as the United Kingdom had gone in to lockdown. Her brand gained national popularity during the COVID-19 pandemic due to the simple recipes.[1]
Bibliography
In October 2021, The Bookseller announced Ebury Publishing a division of Penguin Random House had won a seven-way auction to publish her first cookbook, which was later published.[7]
