Bryce Eldridge is an American first baseman and pitcher for James Madison High School. He is considered a top prospect for the 2023 Major League Baseball draft and the draft's best two-way prospect.[1][2]
Amateur career
Eldridge lives in Vienna, Virginia and attended James Madison High School.[3] He played for the United States national baseball team in the 2022 U-18 Baseball World Cup and was named the tournament's MVP after batting .316 with three home runs and 13 RBIs.[4] Eldridge was named the Virginia Gatorade Baseball Player of the Year after going 11-0 with a 1.30 ERA and 88 strikeouts overs 53+2⁄3 innings pitched and batting .422 with eight home runs and 23 RBIs.[5][6]
He is committed to play college baseball at Alabama.[7][8]
