I want to add that she has a significant list of credits in production as well as in casting director work. As a producer and casting director, she gave David Cassidy a star role in "Spirit of'76", which helped him break out of stereotypes of being a television actor. |

Susan Landau? Huh?
This might sound like I'm joking; I'm not. It brings up a serious issue; (many) entries are appearing for people of no importance, nor historical note, etc.
Seriously. Ms. Bain (or, is it 'French') might very well be what her (3-sentence-long!) entrée says, but, that, in-and-of-itself, does not warrant an individual entry.
Her parents - Barbara Bain and Martin Landau - have individual entries because they do merit having (seperate) entries - based on their individual bodies of work, but, (for simply) being the child (or related to someone) who has an individual entry - without having (done) anything else of note/merit, doesn't (by of note, I mean they, and/or their contribution/merit, etc. is known by a large percentage/portion of a society/population, be it the citizens of a country, and/or the world).
This particular entry isn't that 'serious' an offence, but, many people have been using Wikipædia (or, more accurately, having 'their person, or assistant') 'make an entry' here, as if Wikipædia were their personal CV (resumé). That's what sites such as LinkedIn, etc. are for - not this site, which is the encyclopaedia of the digital age.
These (non)-entries are ridiculous - some being nothing more than bulleted lists of accomplishments, and these accomplishments are nothing like 'developed the first incandescent light bulb', it's personal things like (such as these fictitious ones); child of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Has several brothers and sisters - was adopted on trip to Africa….
Some very adroit teenager in a little place will use Wikipædia as their way of getting a 'toe' in the 'larger pond'; rather than just being known as what they truly are - a kid in a small town school. 'outstanding student at Riverdale High. Was voted; • Most likely to have comic book about them • Be a teenager 50 years later…
Others make entrées for themselves (or their child/spouse/etc) for such nonsense as 'being the 3rd child in the back row' in some movie, or many other nonsensical things.
In comparison to these examples, Ms. (Susan) Landau's entry is a tiny 'blip'. But, her accomplishments of 'merit', are - outside of her (very limited) peer group, an family not worthy of a separate entry, but, even though it would still be irrelevant - might be better as an addition to one, or both of her parents, or, or, even her sister, Julie (as for Ms. Landau's sister - Julie Landau - she does warrant an (individual) entrée, as she has established herself.
