That requires a great amount of skill and technical knowledge of how [the English-language] Wikipedia works. Improve existing articles first. We have over six million of them, most of them in poor shape. After you gain enough experience to give you the required skills and knowledge, then show the Teahouse the three best sources you have on your proposed article subject and ask if the subject meets criteria for a standalone article. (If writing about yourself, please first read why an article about yourself isn't necessarily a good thing, take some time, and think about it.)
