The box about the "office" of Seleucid Queen she held, lists Ptolemy III Euergetes (King of Egypt) as her successor. I feel like, if there's any actual justification for this, it has not been made clear, because I highly doubt that Ptolemy III ever became a Seleucid Queen. I don't think he ever became a Seleucid King either, but I'm no expert on these matters. [[User:DubleH|DubleH]] ([[User talk:DubleH|talk]]) 18:35, 26 July 2023 (UTC)

Why is Ptolemy III her "Successor"

The box about the "office" of Seleucid Queen she held, lists Ptolemy III Euergetes (King of Egypt) as her successor. I feel like, if there's any actual justification for this, it has not been made clear, because I highly doubt that Ptolemy III ever became a Seleucid Queen. Is this saying he became king of the Seleucid empire whenever he invaded it to avenge her death? DubleH (talk) 18:35, 26 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
