The Unar is a Sindhi Sammat tribe,[1] they were the rulers of Sindh under the leadership of Jam Unar in 1351 AD. They are an influential family in northern Sindh and are the in the politics. They are living in Larkana, Shikarpur and Jacobabad districts of Sindh.[2]
