== Design And Display ==
The Nothing Phone 2 embodies Nothing’s commitment to unique aesthetics. It showcases a redesigned transparent rear with a touch of elegance, thanks to the incorporation of 2.5D glass. The rear panel is enhanced by the iconic Glyph lighting, now boasting 33 separate LEDs that enable captivating light animations. This cutting-edge lighting system responds to various functions, adding a touch of magic to the user experience.

The Nothing Phone 2 boasts a larger display compared to its predecessor, measuring 6.7 inches. This OLED screen, accompanied by a 120Hz refresh rate, ensures smooth and immersive visuals. While the exact screen resolution remains undisclosed, it is anticipated to provide vibrant and sharp imagery. Additionally, the phone features a center-mounted punch-hole selfie camera, a slight departure from the previous model’s left-justified placement.

Emphasizing sustainability, the phone’s mid-frame is crafted from 100% recycled aluminum. Nothing has taken significant steps to reduce the carbon footprint of Phone 2, making it a greener choice compared to its predecessor. The brand’s commitment to Eco-friendliness is also evident in the phone’s plastic-free packaging.<ref>{{Cite web |last=SmartLiving |date=2023-07-08 |title=Nothing Phone 2: The Next Big Thing - NetizenSays |url=https://netizensays.com/nothing-phone-2-the-next-big-thing/ |url-status=live |access-date=2023-08-01 |website=NetizenSays |language=en-US}}</ref>

== Hardware And Software ==
Under the hood, the Nothing Phone 2 runs on the powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. This chipset offers enhanced performance, making the phone more accessible and capable. Users can expect improved app opening speeds, twice as fast as the previous generation, resulting in an overall 80% performance boost. The phone is available in two variants, one with 8GB and another with 12GB of RAM, ensuring users can select the configuration that best suits their needs.

Powering the Nothing Phone 2 is a 4,700mAh battery, delivering sufficient power to keep users connected throughout the day. Reports suggest the phone may support fast charging up to 67W, minimizing downtime during charging sessions. With an increased battery capacity, the Nothing Phone 2 aims to surpass its competitors and offer reliable and enduring performance.

The smartphone operates on NothingOS 2.0, a customized version of Android. This unique operating system provides a distinctive user interface, custom widgets, and redesigned icons, setting it apart from other Android-based devices.<ref>{{Cite web |last=SmartLiving |date=2023-07-08 |title=Nothing Phone 2: The Next Big Thing - NetizenSays |url=https://netizensays.com/nothing-phone-2-the-next-big-thing/ |url-status=live |access-date=2023-08-01 |website=NetizenSays |language=en-US}}</ref>

The volume buttons are located on the left. Power button can be found on the right side. The USB type C ports are located at the bottom. We have one of the two series speakers and a SIM card tray with room for two SIM cards and we have one of the two series speakers.<ref>{{Cite web |last=SmartLiving |date=2023-07-14 |title=Nothing Phone 2 Review: Is It Worth To Upgrade ? - NetizenSays |url=https://netizensays.com/nothing-phone-2-camera-price-detail-review/ |url-status=live |access-date=2023-08-01 |website=NetizenSays |language=en-US}}</ref>

== Camera Quality ==
There are still two 50 megapixel cameras on the back, but the camera resolution has increased to 32 megapixels from the Phone 1’s 16 megapixels. Actually, the ultra wide uses the same sensor, the Samsung JN1. This also allows for macro photography. The main camera, however, has been enhanced. This is a one over 1.56 inch sensor with optical image stabilization with a 50 megapixel Sony IMX 890 sensor.

The main factor to take into account right now is that the chip set includes a brand-new 18-bit image signal processor (ISP). Consequently, this means that all photographs will be better. The primary camera has a new sensor, obviously, but even though the ultra wide camera uses the same sensor as last year, the ISP will allow for far more processing.

Therefore, we have enhanced HDR, which can blend eight frames with various exposures into one. You could only mix three on the original Phone. You should have a significantly wider dynamic range as a result. Both stability and video quality have been enhanced.

So instead of 4K at 30 frames per second, the Nothing Phone 2 now offers 4K at 60 frames per second. Up to 480 frames can be displayed in slow motion. We could get up to 120 frames per second on the Phone 1.<ref>{{Cite web |last=SmartLiving |date=2023-07-08 |title=Nothing Phone 2 Review: Is It Worth To Upgrade ? |url=https://netizensays.com/nothing-phone-2-camera-price-detail-review/ |url-status=live |access-date=2023-08-01 |website=NetizenSays |language=en-US}}</ref>

== Chipset ==
The main chipset for 2023 is the 8 Gen 2, so it isn’t the newest, but Nothing has chosen to use the 8+ Gen 1, which is still a very powerful and effective chipset, in order to balance price and performance.<ref>{{Cite web |last=SmartLiving |date=2023-07-14 |title=Nothing Phone 2 Review: Is It Worth To Upgrade ? - NetizenSays |url=https://netizensays.com/nothing-phone-2-camera-price-detail-review/ |url-status=live |access-date=2023-08-01 |website=NetizenSays |language=en-US}}</ref>
