Logo is uhh had a stroke

It seems to be corrupted and look like it had a stroke — Preceding unsigned comment added by Copelonian (talkcontribs) 14:30, 17 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Map Inaccurate

The map should but doesn't include Canada as a country with member of the Socialist Internationale.

The New Democratic Party (and all its Provincial affiliates) is very typical member of the Internationale -- and until recently the Chair of the International was Ed Broadbent, https://www.google.com/search?q=Ed+Broadbest&oq=Ed+Broadbest&aqs=chrome..69i57j0l7.5927j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8, a former leader of Canada's NDP.

Organizations versus Movements

This article lists a number of organizations said to have gone out of existence many years ago. This may be a correct historical record of the Official Truth about organizations with secretariats, headquarters, and all that. It is not a correct record of the Socialist Internationals.

"The First International" refers to the first major organization connected to Karl Marx, and included the Workingmen's Association listed in the article.

"The Second International," or The Socialist International, or Internationale, or just The International, was Marx's next attempt. This Wiki entry wanders around within shouting distance of it.

The Third International was Marx's last effort, morphed into the Soviet Comintern ("Communist International" Get it?), and declared itself nonexistent on a couple of occasions.

The Fourth International was Trotsky's reply to the Fourth, and was very active up to my college days, thirty years ago. Its flavour lingers on in the covens of anti-Biden Bernie-Bros. Le pire le mieux! The Revolution at any cost!

One used to hear rumours of a Fifth, Maoist, Internationale but I don't think it ever amounted to much outside of a few guerilla groups in places like Myanmar and Nepal.

the most important information is missing

This article is a joke because many parties withdrew in 2017 and most of them were even founding members, but this article says nothing about this. --Espoo (talk) 15:02, 19 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe you should add this info. Ttulinsky (talk) 20:29, 26 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
