Founded in 2017, Skycop[2] works on the basis of European Regulation No 261/2004.

It is a claims management company that specializes in advocating and upholding the rights of air travelers affected by flight disruptions across the globe[3].

Skycop was founded by Jurgis Petrošius. The company is currently managed by Tomas Vaišvila.

Services

The primary function of the company is to act as an advocate for air travelers when flights are delayed, cancelled, or overbooked, and help them acquire monetary compensation from airlines[4]. It is supported by the Regulation (EC) No 261/2004[5].

Amongst its many services, company offers air passengers prepaid flight protection subscription Skycop Care.

Other

In 2017, the company became the primary sponsor of Kaunas-based basketball team Žalgiris, and in February 2018, former European basketball champion Šarūnas Jasikevičius was appointed as the brand's ambassador.
