I'll-It (Korean: 아일릿; stylized in all caps) is an upcoming South Korean girl group formed by Belift Lab, a label of Hybe, through the 2023 survival competition show R U Next?. The group is composed of six members: Yunah, Minju, Moka, Youngseo, Wonhee, and Iroha.

Name

The name I'll-It was introduced during the live broadcast of the final episode of R U Next?. This name "represents choosing your own verb to put between I’ll and it,"[2] conveying the ability of the members to act and make decisions independently.

Pre-debut activities and formation through R U Next?

The JTBC series R U Next? aired for 10 episodes between June 30, 2023[3] and September 1, 2023,[1] in which 22 contestants competed to debut in a six-member girl group at Belift Lab. The final episode of R U Next? revealed the final six members of what would be I'll-It. Two members were selected by ranking at the top of live voting, which were, in order, Wonhee and Youngseo, while the remaining four members were chosen by their company, being Minju, Iroha, Moka, and Yunah, in that order.[2]
