Horn of Africa is clearly in Sub-Saharan Africa, just like their fellow Tanzanians and Kenyans, just like Nigeria being in West Africa and North-West Africa despite being more northern geographically than Horn of Africa. Moreover, Horn of Africa isn't considered by anyone as part of North Africa. Please don't enforce nonsense. Horn is in EAST Africa which and surrounded only by East African countries.
