iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max are upcoming products in the iPhone line of smartphones made by Apple.[1][2][3][4][5] It will succeed the iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Apple scheduled their special announcement event for September 12, 2023. [6][7]

Renaming of the iPhone 15 Pro Max

Many rumors had stated that the iPhone 15 Pro Max might be renamed to iPhone 15 Ultra since Apple has introduced the Apple Watch Ultra. On September 8, 2023, Apple confirmed that they will be sticking with the "Pro Max" name for the larger 6.7-inch 15 Pro variant, rather than calling this an "Ultra".[8]
