iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max are smartphones designed and marketed byApple Inc.[1][2][3][4][5] It will succeed the iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Their release was announced on September 12, 2023, along with 15 and 15 Plus. [6][7]

Renaming of the iPhone 15 Pro Max

Many rumors had stated that the iPhone 15 Pro Max might be renamed to iPhone 15 Ultra since Apple has introduced the Apple Watch Ultra. On September 8, 2023, Apple confirmed that they will be sticking with the "Pro Max" name for the larger 6.7-inch 15 Pro variant, rather than calling this an "Ultra".[8]
