If you've got objections to this being moved into article space, could you please express them in the conversation about this draft. If you have no objections, I think it would make the AfC team more comfortable if you said so. - Following an RfC, TFAs will be automatically semi-protected the day before it is on the main page and through the day after.
- A discussion at WP:VPP about revision deletion and oversight for dead names found that
[s]ysops can choose to use revdel if, in their view, it's the right tool for this situation, and they need not default to oversight. But oversight could well be right where there's a particularly high risk to the person. Use your judgment

- Special:Contributions now shows the user's local edit count and the account's creation date. (T324166)
- The SmallCat dispute case has closed. As part of the final decision, editors participating in XfD have been reminded to be careful about forming
local consensus which may or may not reflect the broader community consensus
. Regular closers of XfD forums were also encouraged tonote when broader community discussion, or changes to policies and guidelines, would be helpful

- Tech tip: The "Browse history interactively" banner shown at the top of Special:Diff can be used to easily look through a history, assemble composite diffs, or find out what archive something wound up in.

Likely IP sockpuppet
Hi, I'm unsure how to report this but this IP user is making the same edits to Powhatan as blocked accounts User:Powhatan Nation and User:The Powhatan Nation. Yuchitown (talk) 19:19, 10 September 2023 (UTC)Yuchitown

Notice of noticeboard discussion
There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. The thread is Long-term meatpuppetry by two admins. Thank you. -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she|they|xe) 22:06, 11 September 2023 (UTC)
You are involved in a recently filed request for arbitration. Please review the request at Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case#CorbieVreccan, Mark Ironie, and Tamzin and, if you wish to do so, enter your statement and any other material you wish to submit to the Arbitration Committee. As threaded discussion is not permitted on most arbitration pages, please ensure that you make all comments in your own section only. Additionally, the guide to arbitration and the Arbitration Committee's procedures may be of use.
Thanks, -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she|they|xe) 19:05, 12 September 2023 (UTC)
- Sorry that this has arisen, Corbie. This is absurd, and I hope it is equitably and quickly resolved.I've been slammed IRL so I apologize for not being of any assistance. Yuchitown (talk) 15:27, 13 September 2023 (UTC)Yuchitown
- Corbie, you know you have my support. You are so important to the IPNA project and Indigenous topics on WP. I'm so sorry things that shouldn't have come up have been brought back up and it has potentially placed you or your loved ones in danger. I know that feeling from my own experiences. It's terrifying and stressful. Please, please stay safe. Like Yuchitown has stated, I hope this gets resolved swiftly and equitably. I hate the arbcom process. --ARoseWolf 14:28, 14 September 2023 (UTC)
Really?
Well, now I understand why you've treated me so poorly. But is that really how you want to play it at ArbCom? That I waited 8 years before even touching any of that sock farm's articles (you did notice that before you posted, right?), and then when I did start editing them I removed all the poorly-sourced material that the sock farm had added, and somehow that makes me a banned user? And that I waited 17 years to do the same to Celtic reconstructionism, which I only became aware of during the move discussion (which I chose not to respond to), and which wasn't even on my radar for COI until it got brought up by other editors? Perhaps you should look closer at my edits to those articles. Sure, I was aware of the sock farm; it's part of my process to read the talk pages. But given that my behavior with respect to those articles is the opposite of said farm? That's gonna be a hard sell, I think. Skyerise (talk) 22:19, 12 September 2023 (UTC)
P.S. Before you ask, because I hate seeing good editors shoot themselves in the foot. Skyerise (talk) 22:25, 12 September 2023 (UTC)
