Marcus A. Hilliard (born c. 1980) is an American football coach. He is the head football coach at Elizabeth City State University; a position he has held since 2022.[1][2][3][4] He previously coached for Virginia Union.[5][6][7] He played college football for Elizabeth City State as a linebacker.
