Shiura (市浦村; -mura) is a village located in Kitatsugaru District, Aomori, Japan.

As of 2003, the village has an estimated population of 2,749 and a density of 24.60 persons per km². The total area is 111.75 km².

In March 28 2005, The village was merged into Goshogawara city along with Kanagi town.
