Diö is a small village (population: 891 (2005)) in Småland, southern Sweden. Administratively a part of Älmhult Municipality, the village is situated 10 km north of the town Älmhult.

Diö's largest employer is the wheelchair manufacturer Rea Stolen Invacare. The area is also home to the Gemla Möbel AB furniture factory.

Diö Hockey, who play in the Swedish third division, are the village's most famous sports side.
