Although the Americo-Liberians didn't reach them until the late 1880 they had a structure of governance which is the Paramount chieftancies and each Paramount consisted of two to three dialects and rule by one person. Languages

There are two languse, the Man, who reside in the Ivory Coast and the Dan who also reside in three countries namely: Ivory Coast- hald the largest number of the tribe, Liberia and Guinea.
