In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here). Be clear as to which namespace is intended, when requesting a refund of a deleted article.

    This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

    My bio was on Wikipedia for about 15 years and there was never a problem. It was an noncontroversial description of my professional broadcasting career. I was never issued a warning or told that I was in violation of anything. Today I tried to access the page and it was gone. I can only think that it’s removal was a mistake or that it was hacked.     List of Hamas Members

    The page was deleted without warning, based on "WP:G5: WP:A/I/PIA, creator has 71 edits" however, I was the creator of the page, nowhere was it clearly specified that the created of pages (well-sourced, and balanced) is not allowed. It is my training and specialty to write and educate about this subject, and I find it utterly distasteful that the creation of my page was destroyed in such a case of vandalism. I request that the person removing my page will not be allowed to touch my work ever again.

    The page was not infringing nor copy-rights nor was it controversial since all information used was already present on other pages, it served as a gathering spot of information, a legitimate move.

    I request that ToBeFree be banned from touching my pages, as he seems to be abusing his power, as he did not react nor did he warn in advance.

    He has worked for various political figures (I found the Governor could not find internet proof of his time with the VP). He also founded a prominent company that has gone on to win tons of well-known industry awards. I plan on researching and writing something up on Pete Sena or Digital Surgeons, as they are well known in the industry.

I have to eat my humble pie and accept that I was wrong, the album was nominated for Album of the Year and Newcomer of the Year, and has won Best Hip Hop Album in 2018 at the South African Music Awards, and I'm pretty sure there's more sources on SIGCOV.     Request to Restore Paolo Petrocelli's Article

    Hello,  


    This request is regarding Paolo Petrocelli’s Wikipedia article. I tried creating an entry on him last week, but it was deleted shortly after. Wikipedia says that there’s a pre-existing article titled ‘Paolo Petrocelli,’ but whenever I click on it, it redirects us to his company’s Wikipedia article, EMMA For Peace. Please note that he is notable; he has articles about him published in Financial Times, The Times, Forbes, Huffington Post, United Nations official website, and UNESCO, so there is no issue on that front.  Additionally, I would like to update the article with new relevant information. Moreover, he has Wikipedia entries in other languages, including Arabic, Spanish, and French. I also intend on removing the biography section in his EMMA For Peace, his company, Wikipedia entry.     I disagree with the reasoning for why this list was deleted. First off, I wouldn't call British Columbia's land districts "trivial, non-notable geographic divisions" because they're used by the provincial gazetteer in descriptions of landforms, administrative areas and other information. An example is the BC Geographical Names system which is used as a source in articles about geographic features in British Columbia.     Update: I have just discovered the previous discussion on the original Romance peoples page that existed before the one I created. There appears to have been a consensus, spearheaded by the efforts of @Austronesier, to have the page deleted. Hence I acknowledge the consensus of the community and ask that my undeletion request be ignored.     There is no logical reason for this article to be deleted. Slavic peoples, Germanic peoples, Celtic peoples, all have their own pages. Why should "Romance peoples" be treated differently? The only reason for this page's deletion that comes to my mind is that either an administrator is being careless or deliberately malevolent/biased. This is very disappointing.

    Southern Pacific 4451 nicknamed Puff is an EMD SD9E diesel locomotive that was originally built in April of 1954 by the Electro-Motive Division for the Southern Pacific Railroad and is also notable for being the only surviving EMD SD9E to ever retain its Vapor-Clarkson steam generator as well as the only EMD SD9E in storage as of today.

    Southern Pacific 4451 was constructed in April of 1954 by the Electro-Motive Division and it was delivered to Southern Pacific Railroad that same year in 1954.

    When it was first delivered, it entered service on the Southern Pacific as #5353 and was originally painted in the Southern Pacific's "Black Widow" paint scheme and was originally built with large Mars Signal lights on both ends and was fitted with a Vapor-Clarkson steam generator.
    Later on, in 1961, it would be renumbered to #5339 and was repainted into the Southern Pacific's "Bloody Nose" paint scheme and retained its large Mars Signal lights on both ends.
    Later on, in 1965, Southern Pacific SD9 #5339 was renumbered to #3800 and still retained its large Mars Signal lights on both ends.
    SP SD9E #4451 "Puff" and #4450 "Huff" and CalTrain GP9E #3187.
    On February 14th, 1974, Southern Pacific SD9 #3800 was later rebuilt at the Southern Pacific's Sacramento Shops and had its large Mars Signal lights at both ends removed as part of the SP's General Rehabilitation and Improvement Program (GRIP) and was given its final number of #4451 and retained its steam generator. 4451 had served on the Southern Pacific including on the SP's Peninsula Commute passenger trains along with its sister locomotive #4450 which was nicknamed "Huff", another EMD SD9E locomotive that retained its steam generator.
    === Retirement and preservation ===
    #4451 retired from active service on August 30th, 1995, and was sold to Progress Rail on January 31st, 1996. 4451 was eventually donated to the Bruggere and Monson Railroad (BUGX) where it retained its number #4451 and its steam generator. The Bruggere and Monson Railroad had the intention of eventually transferring the unit to the Northwestern Pacific Railroad.
    As of today, 4451 currently remains in derelict condition at Schellville, California with its future remaining undetermined.

    The reason to why I think this article should return is that. It needs to be upgraded to meet Wikipedia's standards as it rarely had any time to get any work done on it.

    What it actually is that. Its not just some so-called "unremarkable" SD9, But its actually an SD9E. It is preserved, but its in storage in Schellville, CA.
