Emily's Reason's Why Not is a novel by Carrie Gerlach published in August 2004.

The main character, Emily Sanders, is a successful career woman in Los Angeles who has been unsuccessful in dating. She seeks help from a therapist who recommends that Emily make a list of ten reasons why each of her dating relationships has failed.

This novel was the inspiration for the short lived television series of the same name.
