Pornography use has also been associated to many issues with Sexual Satisfaction, Marital Quality, and Gender Violence. These are detailed in Opposition to Pornography.

Rory Collins argues in "Effects of Porn: A Critical Analysis" that pornography use perpetuates sexist and racist stereotypes.[1] For example, Asian porn has been observed to perpetuate ideas of submissiveness in Asian women.[2] Other examples also exist but

In his 2016 article, Samuel Perry notes how pornography use is associated with a decrease in marriage quality. He also explains that religiosity of a partner can be associated to a larger decrease in marriage quality due to pornography use.[3]

"A Meta-Analysis of the Published Research on the Effects of Pornography"[4] Mentions that in their meta analysis, exposure to pornography had negative consequences in "sexual deviancy, sexual perpetration, intimate relationships, and rape myth outcomes." [5] It reports an average of a 39% increase in negative intimate relationships and a 32 percent increase in sexual deviancy. They state "The results are clear and consistent; exposure to pornographic material puts one at an increased risk for developing sexually deviant tendencies, committing sexual offences, experiencing difficulties in one's intimate relationships, and accepting the rape myth."[6] This Meta-Analysis compiled information from many different studies and concluded unanimously about the dangers of pornography use.

An increase in sexual hostility was observed in those who viewed pornography more frequently and specifically those who viewed atypical pornography.[7] This perpetuation of hostility is just another reason to avoid pornography.

UNICEF warns specifically against children viewing porn saying "Pornographic content can harm children. Exposure to pornography at a young age may lead to poor mental health, sexism and objectification, sexual violence, and other negative outcomes.  Among other risks, when children view pornography that portrays abusive and misogynistic acts, they may come to view such behaviour as normal and acceptable."[8]

Teenagers are increasingly susceptible to pornography addiction and other harmful effects of pornography use. They may develop "Unrealistic sexual beliefs and values, An over-focus or obsession on sex, Sexually aggressive behaviors, Behavior problems, Depressive feelings"[9]

In addition to the aforementioned reasons, adults also suffer from sexual illiteracy, normalization of abuse, mental health issues and even changing of their brain.[10] These reasons all work to develop the idea that pornography consumption has many negative effects and more specifically, negative effects for all age groups.
