    Shortcuts

    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in two cases. The first case is restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions (G6) or stale Articles for creation drafts (G13)), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here). Be clear as to which namespace is intended, when requesting a refund of a deleted article.

    This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

    Do not request that pages or media deleted under speedy deletion criteria F7, F9, F11, U5, A7, A9, A11, G3, G4, G10, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

    @Sterling0807: Not done – this page was deleted as a blatant advertisement under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion and Wikipedia is not to be used as a vehicle for promotion. This does not necessarily mean a suitable article on this topic cannot be created. If it is a notable topic, e.g., multiple reliable, secondary, published sources that are entirely independent of the subject have written about it in substantive detail (not just mere mentions), then a neutrally written article may be possible.     @Ficaia: Declined pending further information. This was undeleted over six months ago with a pledge that it would be worked on, but no edits were made to improve the entry for resubmission. Draft space is not an indefinite hosting service for material found to be unsuitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia's article mainspace. We may be willing to restore it again, but only if you provide a definite assurance that you actually intend to work on it and provide a short description of what you intend to do to improve it to meet our policies and guidelines. Most sources on page are about one remix which isn't even mentioned on the article of the song it's based on (although I will add a mention momentarily), and most of those sources are from a precise two day period. In your case, I could not find that type of coverage, so I made the determination that the article shouldn't be there.     I don't know why you felt it's written like an advertisement, while this neither a product or company, this a social initiative that found is really interesting and should get space on Wikipedia. It's possible since I love the initiative so much my writing may have sounded overtly praising the people behind it, but I would seriously request to give me a chance to edit it and there are experience people sitting here to help me draft it perfectly before it gets published.
    Deleting will not encourage new contributors to spend a lot of time researching and developing an article, I genuinely spend a lot of time reading about it from multiple sources and develop the article. Please help me restore it and let me try a better drafted article.

    G11 is a criterion for not just advertising, but also promotion of a subject. Wikipedia is strict with copyright violations, and the content was a copy of a linkedin page.     List of F-Zero characters

    It was subject to a deletion discussion, but only myself and one other person participated, so it would fall under "minimal participation". I personally think deletion was overly hasty and character reception could certainly be added for these characters from a long-running Nintendo series, even if none of them are necessarily notable on their own.
