Ashley Roderick Rhode was born on 16 September 1975 to Rita Davids (nee Rhode)(1957-2017) and Abraham Martin (1950-1998). He grew up in Le Seur Street house 28 alongside his cousins and family. The Rhodes and Lehmans had occupied this house for decades. |

Warrick Rhode
I was born in Worcester,Western Cape, South Africa on 11 May 2005 to Ashley and Ronel Rhode.
Rhode
Henry John Rhode was born in Mossel Bay on 8 February 1923 to Henry J. Rhode and Magdalena Draai (nee Gelderblom) He had one sister, Hester Rhode (1924-2018) Nikolas Scholtz on 14 December 1946. Henry's father died young and Magdalena remarried to Frederick Draai on 16 April 1929. They had children of their own. Henry moved to Worcester in the 1940s in search of work. He got a job as an assistant at the supermarket Ok Bazaars. There he met Mary Magdalena Lehman.Their first child Stanley was born in 1949. They got married on 29 April 1950 and had another 11 children:

Lehmans
Abraham Lehman was born in Worcester on 19 September 1896 to Maria Lehman (nee Benjamin). His father is unknown. He married Jacoba Burger (1899) on 21 March 1921. She died on 24 September 1953 and Abraham remarried to Cecelia Erasmus (1900) on 21 March 1958. Abraham and Jacoba had children:
