This account has been around for a decade but has gone inactive for different periods of time which might be why it never popped up in earlier checkuser checks. I was reviewing some expiring drafts, CSD G13s, for some roadsign articles that were created by IP editors all geolocating to the same European country. Then I saw that this account had participated in editing a few (like [[Draft:Road signs in Slovenia]] and when I went to check through Contributions, they seem virtually identical to the IP editors.
