Edison College is a college located in Southwest Florida. It offers A.S., A.A. degrees, and B.A.S. degrees. Edison College (aka edison) opened it's doors in 1963. The college's colors are blue and white. The college campuses are located in Lee County, Charlotte County, Collier County, and Hendry County. The main district campus is in South Fort Myers, Florida. Edison's student population is currently growing at a rapid pace. Also, the college takes Dual Enrollment students from Lee county school district high schools (grades 11 and 12).

Edison is also home to the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, which hosts plays, shows, and concerts.
