SO12 and SO13

- SO12 the Special Branch and SO13 the then Anti Terror Branch merged into Counter Terrorism Command due to the Metropolitan Police being such a large force they could gain from having the units merged, however, outside of the capital forces remain to have the Special branch, hope this helps. Outdated information
