Floss, also known as embroidery floss, is the common term for stranded cotton thread used for embroidery.[1] Floss can also be used to make Friendship Bracelets.
Floss is manufactured by several companies, two of the major ones being DMC and Anchor<ref name="TCSB">, in a wide range of colours.
