Arabic g0 character 26
[edit]It's marked as unknown in the table with no unicode codepoint.
Looking at the teletext spec (300 706), the character looks a bit like the U+FE73 Arabic tail fragment. See Arabic_Presentation_Forms-B
Could it be this? ﹳ

Cyrillic: I'd say it is Й and not Ѝ
[edit]The linked document shows only low-res bitmap fonts, so the accent is not clear, but am very sure it means й and Й, instead of the unusual letter и/И with grave accent. --RokerHRO (talk) 09:31, 7 February 2021 (UTC)
