Praful Shantilal Mehta (born 1938) was an Tanzanian cricketer. He played one One day International representing East Africa in the 1975 World Cup.[1]
He was a wicket-keeper and aggressive batsman who played locally for the Upanga Sports Club. They won the 1970 championship where Mehta had a season average of 52, including an unbeaten century against the Cooper Motors team.[2]
Praful Mehta was Captain of Tanzania Cricket Team from 1970 to end of 1973.
